Your responsibilities would be:
- Product development of spare parts for agricultural machinery;
- Formation of spare parts assortment and pricing;
- Working with existing suppliers;
- Search for new spare parts, suppliers and buyers in Lithuanian and foreign markets;
- Product management, preparation of sales reports, information gathering, market analysis;
- Participation in creation, development and implementation of product strategy;
- Cooperation with the marketing team, implementing the product marketing action plan;
- Preparation of commercial offers;
- Fulfillment of sales goals;
- Market research and competitor analysis.

- You have obtained a higher education in the field of agriculture (management/engineering);
- You have experience in the field of spare parts product management;
- You have successful experience in analogous or similar work - an advantage;
- You are diligent, responsible, independent, communicative;
- You are able to work in a team;
- You are able to plan work and time independently;
- You have organizational skills, you are characterized by quick orientation;
- You ambitiously pursue your goals;
- You communicate in English both orally and in writing;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You know how to work with Microsoft Office programs.

Salary
2300-2500 €/mon. gross
Salary is determined based on the candidate's competence and work experience. Bonuses are paid depending on the achieved work results.
