Nature of work:
We would like to offer you the position of a product manager in the agricultural machinery sales department (product - Kockerling, Claydon, Western trailed machinery). The workplace is planned in the main office in Kaunas, but there is also the possibility to work in Šakiai, Plunge or Šiauliai.

- Communicating with clients, maintaining relationships;
- Active participation in sales with the sales team, solving problem situations;
- Work with suppliers;
- Presentation, introduction, management and support of new products;
- Creation, development and implementation of product strategy
- Achievement of sales targets.
What do we expect from you?
- Knowledge of agricultural techniques;
- Experience in the field of sales and orientation to the result;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (you will need it when communicating with manufacturers both orally and in writing);
- Ability to communicate in Russian (advantage);
- Organization, analytical thinking, negotiation skills and the ability to act in uncertain situations;
- Category B driver's license.
