Nature of work
- Organization and provision of health care for the company's employees;
- Analyzing and evaluating the results of mandatory employee health checks;
- Ensuring the fulfillment of the occupational health requirements of the company's employees;
- Organization of healthy lifestyle training, organization and implementation of employee health promotion programs;
- Organization and coaching of employee training on occupational hygiene and first aid training;
- Provision of first medical aid to employees;
- Collection of safety and health data of the company's employees and preparation of documentation;
- Conducting an introductory briefing on occupational health for newly hired company employees;
- Identification of occupational risk factors, assessment of their impact on the health of employees;
- Control of occupational disease prevention measures;
- Development of the company's health policy in order to achieve the best possible safety and health standards for employees;
- Cooperation with representatives of healthcare organizations in the fields of occupational safety and health.
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher education in medicine, public health or nursing;
- Valid general practice nurse or other license that gives the right to perform medical procedures (advantage);
- Compliance with the professional health specialist's qualification requirements regulated by legal acts;
- Knowledge of occupational safety and health legislation is necessary;
- At least 2 years of successful work experience in the field of occupational health of employees, an advantage if you have experience in performing medical procedures;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Communication, initiative, responsibility, diligence, honesty;
- Driver's licence B category);
- Knowledge of occupational risk assessment and prevention;
- Excellent computer literacy is mandatory, especially in all Microsoft Office programs;
- Knowledge of clerical rules;
- Knowledge of English at B2 level, Russian is an advantage.
