Nature of work
- Consulting clients on software functionality by phone, e-mail. by mail and e-mail by remote means
- Analysis of customer needs, methodological assistance for program users, customer IT specialists
- Preparation of documentation: preparation of user training materials, conducting training
- Participation in the analysis of clients' business needs and processes, coordination of interests of interested parties
- Participation in the development of IT solutions for business enterprises, budgetary and public sector institutions in the Baltic countries
