Management of software development, its adaptation to customer needs and the support team (software for payment card readers, portals and terminals);
Quality management and improvement of the programming process, its optimization using modern methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.);
Maintaining effective business relations with clients, coordination of PE development projects, timely hiring of subcontractors and control of their projects;
Participation in business meetings, international exhibitions and conferences.

Employee requirements
Experience of managing software development projects or product groups - at least 5 years;
Good command of Russian and English both orally and in writing;
Detailed knowledge of programming, development of software products (solutions) architecture, development processes of integrated information technology systems;
Experience in developing software for business, experience in leading a team developing software that provides payment solutions is a big advantage.
