System administration/support (admin/support) experience, financial system service experience - a big advantage;
Good command of Russian and English both orally and in writing;
Remote user and customer consulting (support) experience;
Database (MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc.) administration experience;
Experience working with Jira, Service Desk, Help Desk or similar programs.
