Nature of work:
- counseling of internal company employees on IT issues by phone and e-mail. by mail;
- regular maintenance of business management systems and programs and elimination of observed malfunctions;
- communication with the programmers department in order to document and escalate observed software errors in the systems;
- installation of prepared updates and fixes in internal systems.
Employee requirements:
- higher education in information technology (can be a final year student);
- the possibility of harmonizing the work schedule with personal life (a position with a flexible work schedule is offered);
- understanding of fundamental principles of databases and analytical thinking;
- communication, attentiveness;
- Basics of MS SQL (advantage);
- English language skills.
