POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development and implementation of various technology and product projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project owner and stakeholders.
- Develop execution plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities to perform necessary activities.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of project activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project team members.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
- Identify, analyse, and manage project risks and issues.
- Develop risk or issues mitigation strategies.
- Ensure proactive problem resolution.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and adhere to best practices and company and industry standards.
- Maintain project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure when needed to meet project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in project management.
