Your responsibilities:
- Supervise and control the assigned portfolio of projects
- Directly work with and support assigned Project Managers, assisting them while also controlling and monitoring their reporting on project budgets, timelines, risks, quality, and other KPIs
- Develop, implement, and improve the company's project management practices, processes, methodologies, and tools, promoting good project management practices
- Cooperate cross-functionally with other departments on process improvement and project management issues
- Take active leadership in raising the company's project management maturity level
We hope that you:
- Have at least 3 years of successful work experience in project management at a managerial position in the ship building, ship repair, construction, renovation or fit-out industry
- Have experience in PMO or project portfolio management, as well as PMP®, PRINCE2®, IPMA® certificates are considered as an advantage
- Have Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively in a team
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and take initiative
- Speak fluently in English (B2 level), proficiency in Russian or other languages is an advantage
- Have driving license
