This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of green energy on both industrial and national scales. Your expertise will guide the development of advanced BESS that not only contributes to the global shift towards sustainable energy but also integrates seamlessly into various energy markets. This role involves managing companies' BESS deployment projects as well as R&D projects and also building up the Project Management team and the processes. Your management skills will drive the projects from concept to reality. The main responsibilities:
- Manage BESS deployment on site and R&D projects.
- Plan and schedule project timelines; tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements; develop full-scale project plans.
- Stakeholder management and communication, reporting on the project status.
- Work with the team to ensure that projects meet the requirements not only of the Client but also of any relevant regulative bodies.
- Risk identification and management.
- Project budget and resource management.
- Manage a team of internal technical experts and coordinate the activities of outsourced resources.
- Establish the Project Management principles, processes and tools in the organization.
- Build a team of Project Managers in the future.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of Project Management or similar role experience. Background in Energy Storage or the Energy sector would be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication, time management, leadership, motivation, and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate to stakeholders and people at all levels of the organization.
- PMP or PRINCE certification and experience working as a PMO, or a Program Manager is a plus.
