Job description

The Project Manager is managing and executing sales projects. Main responsibilities are coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and with agreed scope. Control all aspects of projects: set deadlines, assign responsibilities in other departments, track and summarize ongoing project progress. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. The main objectives of PM are to:


  • Be the primary contact and build trusted long-term relationships with customers.
  • Develop sales projects for commercial equipment for existing clients (major retail industry in Lithuania and foreign markets) and search for new sales channels.
  • Follow and in early part of sales process explain for clients on high level the value we create.
  • Analyze customer needs, coordinate project resources, scope, and budget.
  • Select the best commercial equipment solutions according to customer requirements/needs.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and contracts, negotiate with existing and new clients.
  • Ensure smooth project implementation, collaborating with production and other company departments.
  • Prompt resolve issues arising during project execution.
  • Control customer payments.
  • Participate in an international exhibition, presenting products and solutions produced by the company.
  • Analyze of the competitive environment.

We expect that the candidate would have the following competencies:

  • Work experience in a manufacturing company by developing and implementing different sales projects.
  • University degree and technical background.
  • Understanding of retail market and clients experience.
  • Knowledges and awareness of competing products/services, discounts, and pricing structures.
  • Good negotiations and presentations skills.
  • Abilities to work (or to learn fast) with different ERP/CRM systems.
  • Flexibility and ability to work with different clients and colleagues with the highest ethical standards.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate several developing projects.
  • An active, innovative, and result-orientated salesperson.
  • Ability for periodic business trips.

Salary

1400 €/mon. net
Plus monthly bonuses for achieving sales targets
