Project Operations Associate

This position is responsible for billing clients for consulting services provided for various types of consulting projects as well as setting up these projects in coordination with the sales and business unit teams upon contract signature.

Main Responsibilities:

• Works with Sales and business unit departments regarding specific client project setup and billing needs.
  
• Procures all the proper information/paperwork for updating customer consulting projects for billing.
  
• Interacts frequently with interdepartmental associates and management for the purpose of capturing all related costs for billing accuracy. Prepare all adjustments (voids/credit memos) when necessary.
  
• Communicates globally with other offices.

• Previous experience in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar.
  
• Relevant educational background
  
• Experience with Dynamics365 (D365) or other large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Excel, Word.
  
• Works well under pressure and effective at meeting deadlines.
  
• Familiarity with global geographical locations.
  
• Ability to work independently.
