DESIGN TEAM LEADER

💡As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers-constructors - assigning tasks, setting goals, so that projects are completed on time and with high quality.
💡I cooperated with the client, architects and subcontractors;
💡You will be responsible for choosing suitable materials for the facade;
💡 Communicate with suppliers of raw materials on technical issues;
💡Solve problems arising in the stages of design, production or installation.
💡Looking for ways to make work processes more efficient, which will facilitate the work of the team and ensure quality.
💡Collaborated with other departments of the company to ensure a consistent design process.

🎯Higher engineering education (priority for construction engineering).
🎯Experience in team management, construction sector.
🎯Good time planning and organization skills.
🎯 Good communication skills.
🎯Knowledge of AutoCAD software. Basic knowledge of Solidworks.
🎯English (at least B2 level)
🎯Driver's license.
