Nature of work:
- Participate in the preparation of the technical project preparation task;
- Supervise the design process, propose/ensure the selection of the most rational and optimal solutions;
- Analyze technical and work project solutions, provide comments;
- Evaluate the cost of solutions, make a budget for electricity and weak current parts;
- Organize electrical and weak current parts goods/products/materials/equipment supply, subcontract/contract work, service provision and/or carry out other procurement tenders assigned by the direct manager: prepare tender materials, find subcontractors/suppliers and conduct negotiations, analyze tender results;
- Advise project teams on issues of electrical and low current parts systems;
- Ensure the quality of projects, compliance with the design task and budget;
- To be interested in market news, follow changes in legislation and apply them in practice.
Requirements:
- Higher education in construction/engineering;
- At least 5 years of electrical, weak current part design/project management experience;
- Legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, regulating spec. knowledge of construction of parts;
- Qualification certificate of the manager of the project part;
- Experience with large-scale and high-value projects;
- Excellent negotiation, organizational and analytical skills;
- Orientation to the result, ability to work independently and in a team;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage;
- Experience working in digital tool environments: Dalux, BIM – an advantage.

Salary
2000-2600 €/mon. net
Salary will depend on the candidate's competencies and will be discussed and agreed upon in more detail during negotiations with the selected candidate.
