Ensuring compliance with order and work safety requirements at the construction site;
Completing construction technical documentation, preparation and submission of reports;
Organization of the transfer of the completed construction object to operation.

Employee requirements
Experience as a manager of the construction part of the project or manager of construction works in a real estate developer or general contractor company;
Experience in managing contractors, experience in supervision and control of their construction works, drawing up work schedules and sequencing and monitoring their compliance;
Good knowledge of construction technologies, knowledge of legal acts regulating construction;
Construction technical documentation preparation and administration skills.
