Nature of work
Work in the project management team, with experienced managers, in the construction of an apartment building and other projects in the city of Kaunas.
- Tenders for subcontractors: preparation of tender information, analysis of tender results, initial negotiations
- Management of object documentation: project documentation, subcontractor documents, meeting minutes, etc.
- Inspection of acts of subcontractors
- Prepare acts of completed works for the Customer
- Economic calculations of the object: actuation plans, financial statements, material write-off acts
- Preparation of estimates
- Preparation of contracts and additional agreements
- Compile, approve and control the project budget
Employee requirements
- College or advanced education in civil engineering or similar field
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Basic knowledge of Autocad, Excel
- Working with a computer
- Category B driving license
