Nature of work
- Implementation of large-scale construction projects from the beginning of construction to the recognition of the building as suitable;
- Effective planning of the progress of construction works and ensuring control of deadlines;
- Controlling and ensuring the implementation of financial indicators of projects;
- Control and quality assurance of the technological requirements of project construction;
- Coordination and control of construction project participants;
- Cooperation with the customer on project management issues;
- Proper selection of subcontractors and their management;
- Ensuring compliance with work safety and environmental requirements;
- Project documentation administration.
Employee requirements
- Higher technical education in the field of construction engineering;
- Work experience of at least 5 years;
- Successful experience in managing large-scale construction projects starting at $7 million. euros;
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and principles of general contracting;
- Orientation to the result, the ability to quickly absorb information and use it effectively;
- Be able to plan, analyze and make economically sound decisions;
- Know how to work with AutoCad, MS Project programs;
- Excellent organizational, communication and time planning skills, ability to effectively organize activities and lead a team;
- Ability to independently organize one's activities, solve problems, make decisions;
- Oral and written knowledge of the English language.
