We will trust you:
- Working with the largest medical institutions in Lithuania - working with ophthalmologists.
- Introducing a new product to the market, successful spin-off and implementation of an active sales strategy.
- Appropriate representation of the company, as well as maintaining relations with intermediaries.
- Management of the optimal assortment sold to customers - forecasting customer needs, coordination with customers.
- Implementation of sales goals, planning and monitoring of volumes and budgets, participation in public procurement.
- Organization and participation in practical seminars (workshops), trainings, conferences both in Lithuania and abroad.
- Quick response to customer needs and preparing the most suitable offer.
We hope you:
- You have experience working in the medical/pharmaceutical product category, experience in the field of ophthalmology would be a strong advantage.
- You have good communication and negotiation skills, goal orientation.
- Independence, organization, responsibility, analytical thinking - your qualities.
- You have sales competencies and skills (work experience in the health sector is an advantage).
- You speak English fluently.
- You like days with different pace and load, you can easily adapt to the rhythm of the customers' needs.
- You are mobile and like changes and business trips both in Lithuania and abroad.
