- Salary 1,930 - 2,500 EUR before taxes with the possibility to increase during the course of work, depending on growing competences and responsibilities.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Ensuring smooth customer journey processes from the receipt of the request to the final handing over of the keys to the successful completion of the construction project (B2C customers) - support communication will take place via e-mail. by mail and telephone;
- Solving and consulting clients' questions - you will get answers with the help of colleagues and architects;
- The plot search process, i.e. you will help clients find their dream plot. After finding it, you will assess the liquidity of the plot, compare prices and present conclusions to clients;
- Performance of administrative work - control of documents, contracts, accounts, and will also contribute to the administration of the technical part (organization of meetings, maintenance of the system, social networks, etc.) and project management;
- Completion of other tasks assigned by the manager.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Has at least 1 year of customer service experience;
- Learn to work with Excell;
- You can communicate in English;
- You are a proactive person and want to improve in your professional field;
- You are able to independently plan and coordinate the course of work;
- You like to communicate with people.
