Nature of work
- to coordinate and/or participate in the preparation and implementation of joint projects assigned to the Department, implementing measures assigned to the Agency in the field of energy state activities, other energy sector measures financed by the EU, other international financial support and/or state budget funds (hereinafter referred to as energy sector financing measures ) invitations, submitting applications for funding, evaluating received applications and concluding implementation contracts for selected projects, advising applicants;
- to coordinate the implementation of project activities assigned to the administration, to control the public procurement of projects, the use of funds, the appropriateness of expenses, the achievement of set results;
- assess risks for the implementation of projects assigned to administration, initiate risk management measures according to competence;
- advise project executors on project implementation, financing, publicity and settlement issues;
- prepare the necessary information and explanations in audits of projects assigned to administration and other control actions performed by competent authorities;
- collect, analyze and prepare information on the implementation of projects assigned to administration to prepare reports and publicity activities;
- manage documents related to the administration of projects assigned to administration;
- to collect and submit implementation information of projects assigned to administration in related IT systems and/or databases;
- carry out inspections of projects assigned to administration at project implementation sites and data inspections in related registers;
- to represent the Agency in accordance with the established procedure in EU institutions, international organizations, other state and municipal institutions, institutions, companies and organizations of the Republic of Lithuania, participate in the activities of committees and working groups formed by them, in meetings, consultations and other events organized by them;
- cooperate with representatives of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, other state and municipal institutions, institutions and organizations, companies, the EU, other states and international organizations in accordance with the established procedure;
- to make suggestions regarding the improvement of the activities of the Department and the Agency.
Employee requirements
- higher university education or equivalent education;
- have work experience in the field of energy or in the field of administration and/or implementation of programs, measures and/or projects financed by EU, other international financial support and state budget funds;
- knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B1;
- Knowledge of the legal acts of the EU and the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the Republic of Lithuania) regulating the administration of measures and/or projects in the field of energy financed by the EU, other international financial support and state budget funds;
- good computer skills;
- the ability to fluently teach ideas in writing and orally, to analyze and summarize information, to draw conclusions;
- ability to independently plan and organize one's work;
- orientation to the result, initiative, responsibility;
- independence, attention to detail, analytical thinking, thoroughness, organization.

The coefficient of official salary - from 1.07 to 1.24 of the basic amount + incentive for performance in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and professional experience.
