Manager of projects or works

Two separate workplaces are offered. Work manager and project manager.

For the project manager:
Project management
Determination of project goals and tasks
Risk management and decision making
Progress monitoring and preparation of reports

Communication
Organization and conduct of meetings
Discussing the country's interests and problems with stakeholders
Keeping the team and stakeholders informed about project progress

Process management
Project planning and monitoring
Resource management
Time management and meeting deadlines

Quality assurance
Supervision of processes, implementation of quality standards
Identification of problematic processes and coordination of their solution

Finance management
Budget planning and monitoring
Cost control and cost optimization

University degree (in construction, engineering or related field).
At least 2 years of project management experience.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Know how to work with Estimating programs.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
Good understanding of technical drawings, specifications.
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

1600-3000 €/mon. net
Salary depends on experience and quality of project implementation
