Nature of work:
- Manage the implementation processes of supervised projects.
- Successful implementation of ongoing project plans and quality assurance.
- Project progress monitoring, risk identification and assessment.
- Identifying emerging problems and finding solutions.
- Management of the team of project managers and its development and motivation.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in construction project management and/or implementation.
- Higher engineering education.
- Excellent work planning, team management, training skills.
- Ability to quickly react to unforeseen situations, orientation to the result.
- Good knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules and MS Office.
- Experience in a general construction contracting company (would be considered an advantage).
