Project Manager of the Project Implementation Department

We are looking for a colleague as the pace of renovation of apartment buildings accelerates! Knowledge of construction processes and project management is essential for successful project implementation.

If you have experience in the fields of construction and/or implementation of multi-apartment renovation projects, we are waiting for your letter and can't wait to get to know each other.

The responsibility of the project manager is to ensure the successful implementation of the project from design to completion of construction works.

The main functions of the project manager:

• control and manage the implementation of the renovation project;
  
• cooperate with interested parties: population representatives, designers, contractors, financiers, state institutions;
  
• control the quality of execution of contract works;
  
• to know the legal acts regulating construction and renovation processes;
  
• represent residents in the execution of construction contract works;
  
• prepare reports, applications, requests related to the implementation of the renovation project.

2800-3800 €/mon. gross
Salary is determined based on experience and competencies.
