Nature of work:

  • Calculation, assessment, analysis of the budgets of the projects under development
  • Preparation and calculation of estimates for newly planned projects
  • Assessment of tenants' needs, analysis of documents, calculation
  • Analyzing, evaluating and accumulating information about the level of materials and services in the market
  • Searching for the most economically useful technical solutions
  • Work with project financial reports (Data compilation, processing, analysis, evaluation).

Requirements:

  • Construction technical, engineering education
  • 3+ years of estimating experience
  • Ability to read and analyze projects, drawings and technical documentation
  • Reading DWG drawings, ability to control viewing programs
  • Analytical thinking
  • Knowledge of the construction market
  • Technical engineering knowledge, technological solutions
  • Responsibility, duty, orientation to the result
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with other team members and material/service providers
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and look for innovative solutions.
