- Preparation and management of documentation of construction works;
- Preparation and control of subcontract estimates and actuation documents;
- Preparation of acts of completed works;
- Collection and preparation of executive documentation;
- Compilation of cash flow forecasts in the system;
- Preparation and administration of documents and other object documentation.
Employee requirements
- Engineering education (can be final year students);
- Have the skills to work in the MS Office 365 environment;
- Know the technical conditions and standards for the preparation and formalization of construction documentation;
- Responsibility in performing assigned tasks;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Analytical thinking, organizational skills, responsibility, initiative, ambition;
- Experience of practical work (advantage).
