Nature of work
- Conduct subcontractor tenders, preliminary negotiations, compile tender tables;
- Manage object documentation according to the procedure approved by the company;
- Take care of subcontractors' documents (certificates, orders, guarantees, etc.) to be submitted;
- Submit the object's documentation to the company's archive after the object's completion;
- Check the acts of subcontractors whether they correspond to the quantities and rates provided for in the contract;
- Prepare acts of completed works for the customer;
- Prepare an action plan;
- Prepare a subcontract selection plan;
- Prepare reports for writing off materials;
- Prepare additional work estimates and additional agreements to contracts;
- Perform economic calculations/reports of the object;
- Prepare letters for the customer, subcontractor;
- The ability to learn the principles/methodology of BIM projects, to use the information of BIM models in your daily activities.
Employee requirements
- Construction engineering education;
- Analytical thinking;
- Ability to work with Microsoft office programs;
- Ability to work with the Autocad program;
- Organizational abilities, responsibility, initiative, ambition.
