Nature of work
- Examine and check submitted tender and project documentation.
- Prepare tender requests for suppliers/contractors.
- Conduct procurement tenders according to the established tendering schedule.
- Analyze the proposals of submitted suppliers/contractors, provide comparison tables of proposals.
- Initiate solution change by optimizing the solution or using an analog.
- Participate in negotiations with suppliers/contractors.
- Prepare and coordinate procurement contracts.
- Provide reports to the manager.
- Search for new suppliers/contractors/manufacturers.
- Advise construction, project managers on tendering, etc. procurement issues.

- Has a higher engineering education.
- You have a good knowledge of construction processes.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in construction management.
- Responsibility, independence and motivation are qualities close to you.
- Has experience in preparing tender materials.
