PROJECT ENGINEER

Together with project managers, you will plan, coordinate and control project budgets, work execution schedules, resources required for project implementation;
You will prepare, manage and administer project documentation;
You will analyze technical documentation and provide insights;
You will collect information about the progress of project implementation and prepare reports;
You will prepare tender documentation, perform price analysis of materials and works;
Your duties will also include supervision and coordination of contractors and subcontractors on site.

You have a higher engineering education;
You have 2-3 years of work experience as a project engineer;
You know construction work technologies;
At work, you know how to apply and use construction technical regulations and other regulatory and legal acts;
You are able to create project budgets;
You understand the essential principles of project management;
You are characterized by digital literacy: extensive use of Office 365 products, good document and information management skills on cloud platforms; you understand the BIM process;
Driver's licence B category).

You have experience in procedures for obtaining construction permits and construction completion documents;
You have a qualification certificate for a special structure construction manager and a special structure construction technical maintenance manager;
You are familiar with BREEAM, LEAD certification procedures;
You communicate in English (oral and written).

Your starting salary will depend on your experience. We offer from 2400 EUR. up to 3000 EUR. (gross).
