The Technology and Innovation Center is the engineering, experience and knowledge team of UAB "Freda", which, guided by desire and ambition, carries out various projects of automated robotic systems. Creativity, engineering and ingenuity are key features in the stages of the projects being developed. Our team's involvement and activities range from drafting a technical task sheet to implementing a working system.
Main tasks:

- Analyzing and detailing technical tasks;
- Finding and coordinating technical solutions;
- Calculation and coordination of estimates for new projects;
- Organization of tendering of services and systems;
- Formation and preparation of final offers;
- Compilation and coordination of the project progress plan;
- Organization of the project awarding process;
- Compilation and coordination of solutions to project issues;
- Solving problems of existing projects;
- Development of standards;
- Implementation of innovations.
Employee requirements
- Higher engineering education in the field;
- 2 years of experience in project management;
- Understanding and experience in calculating and preparing estimates;
- Understanding and knowledge of the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC);
- Good knowledge of English;
- Responsibility, diligence, ability to work independently and in a team.
