Organize and coordinate the mission of the institution's employees to foreign countries
Administer various documents related to the secondment of employees to foreign countries (including filling out forms, mediation letters in migration, obtaining permits, etc., planning and organizing business trips);
Assignment, supervision and timely updating of training, mandatory for employees, preparation and accounting of other documents.
Performance of other tasks assigned by the Development Manager.
Employee requirements
Must be at least 2 years old. experience in administrative, project coordination or similar work;
Able to communicate fluently in English orally and in writing, French is an advantage
You know the rules of document preparation, management and accounting and preparation of legal acts.
Empathetic and willing to help employees;
You are not afraid to work in a dynamic environment;
Able to calmly and adequately manage conflict situations.
