Nature of work
- Work with the search and selection of employees
- Organize and coordinate the mission of the institution's employees to foreign countries
- Administer various documents related to the secondment of employees to foreign countries (including filling out forms, mediation letters in migration, obtaining permits, etc., planning and organizing business trips);
- Assignment, supervision and timely updating of training, mandatory for employees, preparation and accounting of other documents.
- Performance of other tasks assigned by the Development Manager.
Employee requirements
- Must be at least 2 years old. experience in administrative, project coordination or similar work;
- Able to communicate fluently in English orally and in writing, French is an advantage
- You know the rules of document preparation, management and accounting and preparation of legal acts.
- Empathetic and willing to help employees;
- You are not afraid to work in a dynamic environment;
- Able to calmly and adequately manage conflict situations.
