What will your work look like:
- I coordinate and control the progress and deadlines of assigned projects, promptly solve relevant issues and problems;
- administer and prepare relevant documentation;
- control project costs and expenses, prepare actuations, provide necessary reports;
- form employee teams and prepare employee rotations together with work managers, organize employee logistics and accommodation;
- will provide all information related to the project implementation to the direct manager and colleagues related to the project implementation, organize meetings if necessary;
- I actively cooperated with colleagues from the Personnel Department, solving the issues of employee demand and selection.
We are waiting for your CV if:
- you are a positive thinking person;
- has a higher education, an advantage – education in the field of electricity, electrical engineering;
- you have acquired/had similar work experience from 1 year;
- you communicate well, write and read in English and can communicate in Russian, knowledge of German would be an advantage;
- you have acquired strong planning skills;
- able to learn quickly and able to manage large flows of information, able to analyze and summarize information/data;
- you easily find a language with everyone and intensive communication with different people does not cause tension;
- can go on short-term assignments abroad.
