Nature of work
We are looking for a coordinator of advertising activations to work with the presentation of a global brand product, in shopping centers (supermarkets, gas stations, festivals).
Work from Tuesday to Saturday, 8 working hours.
Fixed-term employment contract for one year, with the possibility of extension.
- visit ongoing activations, observe the work of employees, compare with the planned scenario, provide comments, correct errors immediately. Improve the quality of work in order to achieve better results;
- control whether employees started on time or finished on time;
- teach newbies according to the material provided, provide recommendations, suggestions, solve problems, answer questions;
- inspire the whole team to achieve results by example and energy;
- to be a team person who is able to share responsibility with a colleague in order to achieve a common result.

What do we expect from the candidate
- understand, know the specifics of active sales and like it;
- have experience in active sales (trade);
- able and willing to communicate with people of various levels and moods;
- have the skills needed to be a leader of a small group of people;
- have a driver's license.
