"BODESA" UAB is strengthening its sales team and is looking for an active, successful project sales manager(s) with successful experience in the field of sales.
Sales of glass products to customers in the field of project orders in the B2B sector (customers are manufacturers of windows, doors and/or various facade structures in the Baltic countries, Scandinavia);
New client search;
Maintaining relations with existing customers;
Project management from receipt of request to final implementation - preparation of project proposals, coordination with Clients, management of execution of project orders, cooperation with other departments in transferring and controlling tasks. Ensuring the final result;
Assistance to existing and potential customers in selling the final product (consulting and/or technical support in the field of glass products)
Analysis of markets and customer needs;

Higher education (business management - an advantage);
At least 2 years of work experience in sales;
English proficiency;
Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
Ability to work both in a team and independently; ability to quickly react to changed circumstances;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Positive and analytical thinking;
Responsibility, duty, organization, orientation to the result;
Good computer skills.
At least 2 years of work experience in sales;

Additions are additionally calculated based on the achieved sales results, according to the amount of completed project orders and other established indicators.
Salary is dependent on the candidate's experience and skills and will be discussed on an individual basis during the interview.
