Nature of work:
- Coordinate the work of the estimate calculation team (5-6 people);
- Coordinate the project evaluation/cost calculation process;
- Calculate the cost price of commercial offers of private and public tenders;
- Formulate the price of the final offer, presenting summarized conclusions and proposals;
- Survey service and material suppliers, analyze submitted proposals;
- Participate in the inspection of objects;
- Prepare calendar schedules for work execution;
- Track and analyze changes in the price level of the construction market.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of construction engineering;
- Experience in the field of construction project manager/project evaluation and calculation in construction projects (advantage);
- Very good knowledge of construction technology;
- Ability to calculate the cost of projects and know market prices;
- Experience with computer programs for calculating estimates;
- Ability to work in a team, solve problems creatively.
