Nature of work
- Management of the company's internal projects;
- Preparation of project documentation, preparation and submission of relevant reports to responsible persons, presentation of project results to colleagues;
- Mapping of company activity processes and optimization of processes;
- Specification of information systems functional requirements, implementation supervision and testing;
- Reporting;
- Communication with suppliers and related divisions of the company group;
Requirements
- Project management experience (being familiar with project management methodologies and their application);
- Experience in optimization of the company's operational processes;
- Basic IT knowledge (databases, MS Office, etc.), knowledge of MS Excel - an advantage;
- Knowledge of foreign languages - English. (required), Russian etc. (advantage);
- Analytical skills, critical thinking, result orientation, creativity, collaboration and communication skills.
