Nature of work
- Planning, resource determination, organization, coordination and control of construction works of engineering networks (heat networks, water supply and sewage networks, including trenchless technologies, distribution and main gas pipelines) in terms of quality and time;
- Management of a group of subordinate employees, control of their work;
- Coordination and control of subcontractors' work;
- Ensuring and controlling compliance with employee safety and health, fire safety, civil safety, hygiene and environmental requirements;
- Calculation and assessment of the actual quantities of work performed;
- Solving technical issues with customers and designers;
Employee requirements
- Advanced construction engineering education;
- Responsibility, flexibility, excellent analytical skills;
- Planning and organization of construction works;
- Ability to delegate tasks, work in a team, make reasoned decisions, solve problems and lead a team;
- Oral and written knowledge of English (advantage);
- Driver's license.
