Projects are implemented throughout Lithuania: around Kaunas, Vilnius, Klaipėda and other cities.
Organization, implementation and coordination of works on construction objects:
High-quality preparation and installation of street/road, sidewalk surfaces;
Engineering plastering (outdoor, plumbing and sewage) construction works;
Participate in the preparation of the design and estimate documentation of works (preparation of works documents and coordination with the customer);
Plan the need for materials, equipment and human resources;
Initiate the selection of subcontractors and control of their work performance;
Prepare work execution schedules and control their execution;
Ensure the consistency of work performance, control the quality of work performed and efficient use of resources;
Communicate with customers, coordinate possible changes to the project, carry out staged and completed delivery of the object.
ensure profitable, high-quality and timely implementation of assigned road construction project works;
to plan and timely initiate procurement of resources needed for contract projects, ensure control over the execution of assigned purchase contracts;

At least 3 years of similar work experience;
Comprehensive knowledge of construction works;
Problem solving, team work, communication skills;
Driver's licence B category;
Reading design drawings;
Qualification certificate.
