- You have good communication skills, you are ambitious, not afraid of challenges and motivated;
- You speak and write English well. You speak and understand Russian;
- You are able to form a team, delegate work and create employee rotations and organize the departure and return of employees from the project;
- You are able to responsibly coordinate and maintain the property issued by the company to employees;
- You understand the specifics of industrial project work;
- You quickly orient yourself and know how to plan your working time;
- You think analytically, you are able to set priorities quickly;
- You work well with Excel, Word programs;
