For further development, the group company "Kalvasta Statyba" invites a Project Manager to join its team.
Position objectives:
- Project budget planning, efficient allocation of resources;
- Planning the progress of construction works and ensuring deadlines;
- Preparation of contracts with customers and subcontractors, their execution and control;
- Cooperation with the client and designers on project management issues.
Requirements:
- Qualification certificate of construction manager (preferred);
- Higher/higher engineering education (required);
- Fluent communication in English and Russian;
- Work experience in construction project management, knowledge of construction processes and technologies;
- Ability to manage the project in time and budget;
- Responsibility, initiative, quick orientation, curiosity and desire to improve;
- Ability to work both in a team and independently;
- Knowledge and application of construction legislation;
- Ability to use MS Project and other project management systems (advantage).
