Our client - the sustainable urban development company "YIT Lietuva" - has been operating in Lithuania since 1966 and belongs to one of the largest construction services concerns in Eastern Europe, "YIT Corporation", operating in nine countries. "YIT Lietuva" successfully carries out contracting, housing, commercial real estate activities, infrastructure development and road construction works.

Currently, the "YIT Lietuva" team is expanding and invites a Project Manager to join its team to work with infrastructure projects.

Nature of work:

  • Search for subcontractors;
  • Communication with the customer: preparation of documents, coordination of changes, etc. (usually "Via Lietuva", municipalities of cities/districts);
  • Coordination of acts of completed works and estimates of additional works with the customer;
  • Construction work planning, object cost report analysis;
  • Execution and control of contractual obligations to the Customer;
  • Responsibility for the safety and health of employees.

Requirements:

  • Higher technical, engineering education (advantage – road, construction engineering);
  • Work experience in an analogous or similar position in building construction, road construction, bridge construction companies;
  • Responsibility, communication, ability to promptly solve the problems;
  • Certificate of qualification, giving the right to hold the position of a special construction manager;
  • Knowledge of construction technical regulations;
  • Knowledge of IT systems and tools, "friendliness" and willingness to learn (e.g. Dalux).

  • Salary, depending on experience and competences, ranges from €3,200 to €3,800 (before taxes).
