Project manager (building maintenance)

Organize maintenance of assigned project buildings and their engineering systems;
Maintain relations with the client, promptly respond to submitted requests;
Administer the task management system by assigning tasks to technicians. Keep records of the working hours of completed tasks;
Lead the assigned technicians: plan, organize the performance of preventive, emergency, repair work.
To control that the works are performed on time and with high quality;
Submit and coordinate proposals for additional repair works and organize the performance of such works;
Conduct surveys to purchase additional works or materials, prepare contracts;
Administer contracts with service providers (electricity, heat and water) and monitor these services. Bring meter display data into the supplier system;
Prepare monthly acts of completed works, meter reading reports for clients;

Have an acquired technical or managerial higher education (advantage) or higher education;
Have energy worker certifications, construction manager qualification (advantage);
Have at least two years of similar work experience;
Have a B cat. driver's license;
Be result-oriented, responsible, have good planning, work organization, control, and communication skills with clients.

1700-2300 €/mon. gross
