Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Project Manager to the Šiaulių bankas group team, who is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, to achieve the set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and of course be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• Initiate and implement projects related to better quality of services provided, improvement of customer experience;
• You will provide and implement ideas that would improve customer experience, increase their satisfaction and loyalty;
• Contribute to strengthening the culture of customer orientation (customer centricity) of employees throughout the organization;
• I will organize customer experience evaluation studies, map customer journeys, analyze results and other available data, provide insights and implement changes;
• You will apply the latest customer experience management practices in your daily activities;
• Participated in the preparation and coordination of internal procedures, will provide reports on quality indicators and prepare presentations.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher university education;
• Have 2-3 years of work experience in project and customer experience management (experience in the financial sector is an advantage);
• Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office;
• Good reading, writing and communication skills in English;
• Ability to analyze, summarize data and based on them provide reasoned recommendations, suggestions;
• Analytical thinking, activity planning and management skills, orientation to the result;
• Ability to easily communicate and collaborate with various levels of stakeholders and good presentation skills;
• Ability to organize work in groups;
• Initiative, creativity, team thinking and behavior and the desire to improve.
