Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Project Manager (s) to the Šiaulių bankas team, who is ready to work in a team , make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a trust-based culture and, of course, be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• You will be responsible for initiating and coordinating projects related to customer identification, getting to know and updating information;
• You will improve the processes of identifying and getting to know customers, prepare documentation;
• I cooperated with other departments and external partners regarding the development needs of the bank's information system;
• You will prepare educational materials and organize customer identification and recognition process and change trainings for bank employees;
• Monitor the competitive environment and legal information and, if necessary, initiate changes;
• I represented the department in various working groups regarding the improvement of customer identification and recognition processes.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher university education;
• At least 1 year old. work experience in the field of project management in a financial institution;
• Analytical skills;
• Good oral and written knowledge of English;
• Be able to systematize information and analyze data;
• Willingness to constantly improve, openness to innovations and acquiring new knowledge;
• Responsibility and diligence in performing tasks;
• Ability to plan your time and independence.
