AREA OF IMPROVEMENT: You will oversee European Union investment fund projects aimed at:
- higher quality of cultural services, creating a modern, contemporary cultural infrastructure that meets the needs of society;
- greater interest in cultural heritage objects, preserving and revealing the most valuable features of cultural heritage objects;
- increase the potential of cultural and creative industries and promote the creation of new products and/or services;
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate project implementation plans;
- Supervise the implementation of project activities and procurement contracts;
- Assess the suitability of changes to purchase contracts;
- Assess the appropriateness of declared expenses;
- Carry out on-site inspections of projects (during the on-site inspection, inspect the completed construction/maintenance works, assess their compliance with the technical/management works project and the contract, prepare project on-site inspection documents of the prescribed form, provide conclusions and recommendations regarding identified deficiencies, etc.);
- Investigate discrepancies in project implementation and determine their nature and significance;
- Advise project executors on various issues of project preparation and implementation;
- Evaluate requests for additional project funding.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Has knowledge related to the administration of European Union investments in Lithuania;
- Has knowledge related to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania on construction, public procurement, protection of immovable cultural heritage and technical regulations of construction and heritage management;
- Prepared, evaluated and/or implemented projects financed by European Union funds;
- You have obtained a higher education;
- You are able to fluently and correctly convey thoughts in writing and orally in Lithuanian;
- Able to work with a computer, office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
THE FOLLOWING PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WOULD HELP YOU:
- When working with cultural heritage objects;
- Preparing/administering projects financed by European Union funds.

- Salary from 1840 to 2300 euros (taxes included). We will negotiate a specific reward, and the result will depend on your experience and competences;
- Supplements (in case of increased workload), one-time payments (for long-term work at CPVA and recommended candidates) and allowances (in the event of an accident);
- The possibility to work remotely throughout Lithuania without limits, in European countries - up to 6 months. per year, if necessary and longer. However, some of the activities take place at the CPVA office in Vilnius;
