Nature of work
- communicate with neighboring communities and residents;
- provide consultations and reports to interested persons;
- prepare diagrams of the situation of the neighborhood territory, which indicate the selected measures for the improvement of the territory;
- to organize the signing of contracts for the improvement of the territory of the Neighborhood;
- participate in working groups examining applications submitted by neighboring territories;
- coordinate the preliminary scope of works for the renewal of the neighborhood territory with members of the neighborhood;
- organize the preparation of the description of simple repair works through a contractor hired by the Vilnius City Municipality in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania,
- collect and systematize information about the completed neighborhood territory works;
- update information about the stages of neighborhood territory renewal on the interactive map;
- initiate purchases of construction contract works and technical maintenance services;
- organize the acceptance of the construction works performed during the implementation of the project;
- to represent the Institution in meetings with the parties coordinating the projects;
- solve technical issues with the customers and other project participants.
We expect a colleague to:
- will have a university education (advantage – architecture, engineering study programs);
- will have gained successful experience in a similar position (for example, in a design company);
- will know the construction and design, territorial planning and/or construction completion processes and the legal acts regulating them;
- will be able to work well with a computer;
- will have excellent management, negotiation and time planning skills;
- will be professional, proactive, responsible;
- will be result-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team.
