Nature of work
- Initiate, organize, control and implement projects in Lithuania and abroad;
- Assessment of required resources;
- Form employee teams, plan rotations;
- Solve technical and organizational issues with customers;
- Ensure the quality of work in projects;
- Deliver works to clients, in order to achieve high customer evaluation and successful project results;
- Management of project documents;
- Controlling the progress of project implementation, achieving set goals;
- Quick and efficient solution to emerging challenges;
- Project analysis, presentation of results and evaluation.
Employee requirements
- 2 years of similar work experience is required;
- Higher/higher education;
- Be able to read drawings, understand technological documentation;
- Be able to see problems, shortcomings;
- Know how to work and lead a team;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to present the company orally and in writing;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage;
- Computer literacy;
- Quick orientation and assimilation of information;
- B cat. driver's license;
- Ability to independently travel to facilities in other countries.

Salary
2000-2500 €/mon. net
