Nature of work
- project portfolio administration;
- implementation of project management standards, development, development and auditing of methodologies, processes, templates, forms, tools;
- monitoring and analysis of project indicators, providing insights to interested parties;
- developing project managers' competencies and spreading project management culture in the Company;
- cooperation with other departments of the company on project management issues.
Employee requirements
- higher university education;
- 3 years of successful work experience in the field of project management;
- excellent knowledge of the application of project management standards, methodologies and tools (including international knowledge in this field) and attestations/certificates confirming this (eg PMP, Prince2, etc. - an advantage);
- excellent command of the English language (oral and written);
- the ability to effectively lead and cooperate in implementing significant changes throughout the Company;
- excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to convey the most important information clearly and visually, analytical abilities, initiative, responsibility;
- Category B driver's license (you may have to drive to facilities).

Reward Information:
- remuneration from 3800-4500 EUR GROSS. A variable part of the remuneration and/or bonuses is also expected, taking into account work results and established indicators, which are determined in the employment contract and/or another internal document of the employer. The specific monthly remuneration is agreed with the candidate, taking into account his experience, competence and compliance with other requirements of the position.

Tetas UAB's main activity is related to the design of production and industrial structures, the construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of transformer substations and distribution points, electricity transmission lines; operation of power grid relay protection and automation, special electrical devices, electrical installation, equipment testing and diagnostics; testing of protective equipment.
