Your main responsibilities will be:
- implementation and improvement of the company's project management methodology, processes, templates, tools, good practices,
- formation and control of the portfolio of projects carried out by the company,
- monitoring of project/program scope, schedules, budget, risks and other KPIs, preparation of reports for interested parties,
- organizing the work of project management committees operating in the company,
- cooperation with other company departments on project management issues,
- providing methodological assistance to project managers and other company employees,
- implementation/development of project management information system.
Position requirements:
- knowledge of project management (PMP®, PRINCE2®, IPMA® certificates are an advantage),
- at least 2 years of experience in project management (portfolio management, PMO experience is an advantage),
- Higher Education,
- working skills with project management IT tools (advantage),
- knowledge of English at B2 level,
- excellent organizational, collaborative and analytical skills,
- organization, initiative, responsibility, communication.

Salary
3440-5160 €/mon. gross
A specific salary is offered, taking into account work experience and competence. You will additionally earn a variable part of the annual remuneration, depending on the performance of you and the Company.
