Nature of work:
Planning and organization of real estate projects.
Compilation of work schedules and control of deadlines for NT projects.
Organization and control of design works.
Project budget preparation and execution control.
Preparation of the project procurement plan and execution control.
Procurement of construction works, services and goods, negotiation and supervision of contracts.
Control of project documentation and search for rational solutions.
Management of the project team.
Timely submission of the project to the state commission (recognition as suitable for use).
Delivery of the structure and individual objects (apartments, warehouses, parking spaces) in time for operation: buyers, administrator.
Compilation of work schedules and control of deadlines for NT projects.
Organization and control of design works.

Position requirements:
Higher education in construction and project management.
At least 2 years of experience as a project manager.
Construction project management experience, knowledge of processes and technologies of all parts of the project.
Ability to work effectively independently and in a team.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, MS Project programs).
Ability to manage stressful and non-standard situations.
Initiative, promptness, quick orientation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, leadership, courage, creativity.
At least 2 years of experience as a project manager.
