The project manager(s) are responsible for:
- Perform the functions of project manager of heat supply networks and production facilities;
- Carry out technical supervision of construction and/or technical supervision of special construction works.
We expect the candidate to meet the following requirements:
- Has an SSVA certificate with the following requirements:
"Granted the right to hold the position of technical maintenance manager for special construction works of a special structure. Structures: non-residential buildings, engineering networks (heat; gas, except main gas pipelines; other engineering networks), engineering structures for other purposes, as well as the mentioned structures located in the territory of the cultural heritage object, in its protection zone, in the cultural heritage area. Areas of work: construction of heat supply networks; installation of heat production facilities (up to 50 MW power); installation of static heating, ventilation and air conditioning engineering systems; installation of refrigeration and compressed air systems; construction of gas networks; installation of static gas engineering systems; installation of heating, gas, other fuel technological engineering systems.";
- Has more than 3 years of work experience;
- Has a driver's license;
- Has own car and the ability to use it for work purposes (would be considered an advantage);
- Has good computer literacy skills - working with MS Office programs;
- Has a good knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Is proactive, responsible and dutiful.
